On behalf of our entire group, we are excited to announce that Pmetrics 3 is now live! While there is not much change with respect to the R framework compared to Pmetrics 2, we have done so much under the hood in our transition to modern, efficient, fast code.
Pmetrics is a library package for R to perform non-parametric and parametric pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic population and individual modeling and simulation. It is primarily designed for pharmacometric researchers.
Pmetrics is based on over 50 years of research by our laboratory and is the most mature non-parametric method available. Nevertheless, Pmetrics is dynamically evolving.
plotlygg(), our custom complementary function to plotly::ggplotly().Instructions are available in the README section of the github repository.

We provide two main software tools for the research and clinical community:
An R package for non-parametric and parametric population PK/PD modeling and simulation. Designed for pharmacometric researchers.
A clinical tool for optimizing drug dosing for individual patients using multiple-model Bayesian adaptive control.
